Thrivent’s Northwest Pinnacle Group seeks an Associate Financial Advisor in Moscow, Idaho, offering hybrid work for qualified candidates. You’ll be client-facing, supporting advisors, executing trades, and helping with planning and licensing.

This full-time role focuses on fiduciary-driven service and long-term client relationships. Applicants should have securities licenses (Series 7/66), life/health/annuities registrations where applicable, and 2+ years in financial services.

Qualifications

• Active securities registrations (Series 7 & 66) and state life/health/annuities licensing where applicable.
• Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and licensing verification.
• Preferred 2+ years in financial services.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Understanding of Thrivent Financial and sponsoring advisor products/services.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to work with all roles of the sponsoring advisor and external clients.
• Willingness to cultivate relationships with outside organizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary or co-point of contact for clients.
• Support financial planning analysis and plan preparation.
• Execute account setup, trades, and product implementation.
• Assist with business development and client outreach.
• Maintain compliant documentation and licensing.
• Handle sensitive communications effectively in writing and verbally.
• Additional responsibilities as licensure and business needs require.
