SS&C Technologies is seeking an Associate Financial Operations Analyst to support business processes and reporting in a Hybrid environment across multiple U.S. locations.

The role involves contributing to process improvements, creating regular metrics reports, and handling escalated issues with structured problem‑solving. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 1 year of related experience in project management or CRM, with preference for those familiar with digital solutions and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of work‑related experience.
• 1 year experience in an industry‑related project management and/or customer relationship management role.
• 1 year experience in a support role working with digital solutions is preferred.
• Post-secondary education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support business process improvements, risk reduction or cost savings initiatives.
• Identify efficiencies and value-added solutions across lines and departments; analyze possibilities and constraints; recommend alternatives.
• Provide daily and ad hoc customer support and develop documentation.
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for metrics.
• Handle escalated issues; analyze root cause and determine action within guidelines.
• Participate in project life cycle phases from initiation to post-implementation support.

Responsibilities

• Perform activities in support of business process improvements, risk reduction or cost savings initiatives, best practice identification, etc.
• Identify efficiencies and value-added solutions that could affect multiple lines of business and departments; analyze possibilities, capabilities, and constraints; and recommend alternative business solutions.
• Provide daily and ad hoc customer support and develop documentation.
• Responsible for the creation of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for metrics.
• Accept escalated issues and work on problems of a moderate scope; analyze root cause, understand the impact and scope of the problem(s), and apply judgment within defined practices to determine the appropriate action.
• Participate in the initiation, requirements, design, testing, fund setup/conversion, and post-implementation support phases of projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of work‑related experience, or 2 years equivalent work-related experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an industry-related project management and/or customer relationship management role.
• 1 year experience in a support role working with digital solutions is preferred.
• Post-secondary education preferred.
