Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking an Associate Financial Advisor to work with a practice team, build client relationships, and deliver personalized financial plans. You will source new clients, support planning, and help grow the business while pursuing required securities licenses with company sponsorship.

You'll collaborate with financial advisors and client support teammates to provide exceptional service and long-term client outcomes in a growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and drive results.
• Experience in sales, business development, or client management and strong communication.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7/66 and state licenses within three months; licensing sponsored.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deepen client relationships and gather financial information for tailored plans.
• Support financial planning and align investments with client goals and life events.
• Collaborate with advisors to deliver ongoing financial planning and client reviews.
• Assist with outreach and referrals to grow the practice's client base.
