Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in financial services, sales, or related field
• Experience in sales, business development, client relationship management, or roles requiring strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivation with a drive to achieve goals in a performance-oriented environment
• Clear, confident communication to simplify complex concepts for clients
• Willingness to obtain Series 7, Series 66, and state insurance licenses within three months, licensing fully sponsored by Edward Jones

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships through discovery conversations and personalized financial plans
• Support comprehensive financial planning with analysis, modeling scenarios, and investments aligned with client goals
• Guide portfolio strategy by researching performance, costs, and proposals
• Partner with the advisor and team to deliver ongoing financial planning and client reviews
• Support outreach, referrals, and community engagement to grow the practice
