Edward Jones is seeking an Associate Financial Advisor to partner with a financial advisor and client support teammates to deliver personalized financial strategies and exceptional client service.

You will source new clients, build enduring relationships, and contribute to the practice’s growth while pursuing required licenses. This role offers long-term growth potential within a supportive, people-centered firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7, Series 66, and state licenses within three months of hire; licensing is sponsored.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships by supporting discovery conversations and gathering key financial information.
• Support comprehensive financial planning by preparing analysis and modeling scenarios.
• Guide portfolio strategy and implementation by researching performance and costs.
• Partner with the financial advisor and practice team to deliver ongoing financial planning and reviews.
• Contribute to client and practice growth by supporting outreach and referrals.
