Edward Jones is seeking an Associate Financial Advisor in the United States to work with a broader practice team, sourcing new clients and delivering personalized financial strategies. You’ll partner with a financial advisor to support planning, client service, and relationship-building across key goals.

You’ll contribute to growth, maintain ongoing reviews, and help implement investments in alignment with client needs, with licensing sponsorship and a path to professional progression within

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in financial services, sales, or related field.
• Demonstrated sales, business development, or client relationship experience.
• Self-motivation with a goal-oriented, performance-driven mindset.
• Clear and confident communication for client conversations.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7, Series 66, and state licenses within three months (sponsored).

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships through discovery conversations and planning.
• Prepare analyses and model scenarios to align investments with client goals.
• Research performance, allocations, and costs to guide portfolio strategies.
• Partner with the advisor and team to deliver ongoing financial planning and reviews.
• Support outreach and referrals to grow the client base and practice.
