Edward Jones seeks an Associate Financial Advisor to partner with one or more financial advisors and client support teams to deliver personalized financial strategies and exceptional client service.

You will source new clients, build relationships, and contribute to the practice’s business outcomes, while pursuing required licenses (Series 7, Series 66, and state insurance) with full sponsorship from Edward Jones. This is a full-time role with strong development potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in financial services, sales, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships by supporting discovery conversations and financial planning.
• Support comprehensive financial planning by analyzing scenarios and aligning investments to goals.
• Guide portfolio strategy by researching performance, costs, and proposals.
• Partner with advisors to deliver ongoing financial planning and client reviews.
• Support outreach, referrals, and community engagement to grow the practice.
