Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in financial services or related field.
• Experience in sales, business development, client relationships.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7, Series 66, and state licenses within three months of hire.
• Comfort learning financial planning software and digital engagement tools.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships by discovery conversations and gathering key financial information.
• Support comprehensive financial planning by analyzing scenarios and aligning investments to client goals.
• Guide portfolio strategy and implementation by researching performance, costs, and proposals.
• Partner with the financial advisor and team to deliver ongoing financial planning and reviews.
• Contribute to client and practice growth by supporting outreach and community engagement.
