Job summary

First National Bank is seeking an Associate Financial Advisor in Baltimore to prospect and schedule new clients, work on referral initiatives, and support marketing campaigns within the market. The role focuses on building client relationships and contributing to revenue targets in the territory.

The successful candidate will assist existing clients, perform routine transactions, and coordinate with a Financial Advisor to deliver high-quality service and investment guidance.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in financial services.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service excellence.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with broker-dealer procedures and investment products.
• Licenses: Life/Health, FINRA Series 7 and 63/65 or S66.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine transactions and manage client account relationships.
• Serve as primary Financial Advisor at branches and qualify referrals.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities within client portfolios.
• Meet with clients independently or with a Financial Advisor.
• Assist in processing financial transactions and client files.
• Support in marketing campaigns and revenue growth for the territory.
