RBC is seeking an Associate Financial Advisor to participate in the licensing process and gain industry experience toward becoming a Financial Advisor. The role focuses on learning business-building competencies to help attract and retain clients and support their financial goals.
You will study for licensing (Series 7, 66, life/health), complete program assignments, report progress, and become familiar with RBC Wealth Management.
The objective of the Associate Financial Advisor role is to participate in and successfully complete the licensing process and gain industry experience in order to prepare for a career as a Financial Advisor (FA). The Associate Financial Advisor’s goal is to learn and integrate key business-building knowledge and competencies which FAs must have to help attract and retain clients through helping them achieve their financial goals.

The expected salary range for this particular position is $55,000 - $88,000,depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
