  6. Gain experience to provide proactive recommendations supporting the Senior Financial Advisor.
  7. Build confidence to participate in client meetings and manage client relationships.
  8. Solve problems clearly and straightforwardly.
  9. Support day-to-day client servicing, including account opening, servicing, and maintenance.
  10. Evaluate investment objectives to guide clients based on risk tolerance, income needs, and market conditions.
  11. Work with internal partners to respond to client needs and requests.
  12. Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.
  13. Organize and retain client records according to policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Goal-driven and self-motivated individual.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively.
  • Some travel may be required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience in client-facing roles in brokerage, investment advisory, or financial services preferred.
