Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Kentucky is seeking a dependable Associate Electrical Engineer. This role involves supporting the design and development of tooling and specialized equipment. Responsibilities include tracking project progress, coordinating fabrication, and providing field support during installations. The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of experience in machining or mechanical assembly. Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively across teams are essential. Willingness to travel and work in diverse conditions is required.

Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of experience in machining, mechanical assembly, or industrial equipment environments.
  • Working knowledge of mechanical systems and fabrication processes.
  • Ability to safely use hand and power tools and follow all safety protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Support engineering team in designing and developing tooling and specialized equipment.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining detailed bills of materials.
  • Coordinate with teams to meet project timelines and quality standards.
  • Track project progress and assist with budgeting activities.
  • Provide field support during installation and troubleshooting.
