Position Summary...
The Associate Facilities Manager reports to the Facilities Manager and works both independently and in a team environment to assist in scheduling, executing and documenting the planned and unplanned site maintenance activities. The Associate Facilities Manager will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and the facility. All work will be done in compliance with FDA, DEA, EPA, Hazmat and OSHA safety rules and regulations.
This is a safety sensitive position as defined by state and federal laws that will require working with hazardous materials and/or handling medicine. As a 'safety sensitive' classification, you will be subject to drug and alcohol testing, including random testing. Marijuana is one of the substances included in the drug panel screening. Possession of a medical marijuana license will not excuse you from the testing process, or the consequences of testing positive for marijuana.
Work Schedule:This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (assuming 1 hour lunch break)
