Job summary

Nebraska Furniture Mart is seeking an Associate Event Producer to plan and execute ongoing marketing events, charitable contributions, store tours, PR efforts, marketing research and manage circular and premium processes. A hybrid schedule is possible based on business needs; evenings and weekends may be required.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field and 2 years of retail marketing experience, plus strong MS Office skills and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, related field or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of sales, marketing, advertising, or public relations experience in a retail environment.
• Knowledge of local market (e.g. competitors, charities, etc.) preferred.
• Experience with promotions and event coordination; valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software Applications.
• Detail oriented.
• Pre-employment screening includes criminal background check.

Pay Range: $48,796 - 60,507 annually

You will have the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule based on business needs. Evenings and weekends are required as needed.
