The Associate Event Manager plays an essential role in supporting the planning and execution of conferences, meetings, and live/virtual events across MJH Life Sciences’ portfolio. This individual is responsible for handling logistics, coordinating vendors, managing timelines, and ensuring seamless communication across internal teams and external stakeholders. The Event Coordinator contributes to creating impactful experiences that reflect the company’s commitment to excellence and innovation in healthcare communications.
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
1–3 years of event coordination or logistics experience; healthcare, life sciences, or media industry experience a plus.
$55,000 – $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for this position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
