Job summary

Invesco, a leading global investment firm, seeks an Associate ETF Specialist to join the US WMI team in Downers Grove, IL. You will drive market penetration of ETF products through retail channels, collaborating with ETF Specialists to expand reach and deliver client-focused solutions.

The role requires a growth mindset, strong knowledge of ETFs, capital markets, and portfolio analytics, with a consultative business development approach. Hybrid work and competitive compensation included.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate in business, finance or related discipline; Series 7 & 63 preferred; must obtain within 3 months.
• 1–4 years of sales or financial services experience; ETFs knowledge preferred.
• Growth mindset with an entrepreneurial, opportunity-seeking attitude.
• Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills.
• Team player with collaborative approach and client-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated support to ETF Specialist team for daily territory management and client meetings preparation.
• Cover territory based on geography and client channel with virtual support as needed.
• Serve as backup when ETF Specialists unavailable.
• Respond to inbound calls and collaborate with Internal Sales Desk to expand client reach.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Insights & Analytics to align efforts and analyze ETF data for insights.
• Educate internal and external partners on investment strategies and portfolio implementation across Invesco ETFs.
• Conduct compelling group and individual presentations to differentiate Invesco’s ETF Platform.
