Invesco Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Director of Strategy & Execution in Downers Grove to translate ETF strategy into scalable operating plans across regions and functions. You will align governance, KPIs, and talent to support growth, reduce friction, and strengthen competitiveness across Investments, Product, Distribution, and Technology.

The role emphasizes execution, cross-functional leadership, and global scalability with a focus on risk management and regulatory compliance.

Competenze

• College graduate in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years in technical leadership roles.
• MBA and/or CFA/CIMA preferred.
• Senior leadership in ETFs or asset management.
• Proven track record delivering global strategy execution.
• Experience with Technology and Enterprise Architecture teams.
• Deep ETF lifecycle knowledge from product to client.
• Experience in global, multi-region environments.
• Strong execution, strategic judgment.
• Change leadership and matrix-managed alignment.
• Commercially aware and operationally rigorous.
• Influential communicator without direct authority.
• Understanding of tech, operating models enabling outcomes.
• Adept at incident triage, cross-functional coordination and risk management.
• Calm under complexity; decisive under pressure.
• Trusted partner to senior leadership, boards, regulators.
• Builder of clarity, accountability, and momentum.
• Direct ETF platform, capital markets experience preferred.
• Leadership of large-scale tech/data/infrastructure programs preferred.
• Comfort working across Investments, Distribution, Technology.
• Familiarity with global ETF regulatory structures preferred.
