Eversource Energy in Manchester, NH, is seeking an Associate Engineer to help optimize the Transmission program, develop capital budgets, and improve asset performance. You will collaborate across Engineering, Project Management, and Cost Estimating to shape project scope, cost, and schedule.

The role emphasizes data-driven asset management, benchmarking, and coordination with cross-functional teams, with travel between MA/CT/NH and emergency restoration duties.

Formación

• Knowledge of utility power systems is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required; electrical engineering degree preferred.
• 0–3 years related experience required; engineering design experience preferred.
• Ability to independently develop, present and execute projects with cross-department collaboration.
• Familiarity with power-related software is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develops input to the Transmission capital budget and five-year Capital Budget Plan.
• Leads project teams to select best solution and justify approvals.
• Analyzes transmission system reliability and develops performance measures.
• Maintains the Transmission asset database and supports data collection processes.
• Supports benchmarking efforts and development of asset strategies, tools, and procedures.
