Job summary

ASG Power, a division of HESCO, seeks an Associate Engineer in Rocky Hill, CT to contribute to new product development and support existing products. You will collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, Operations, and Quality to bring advanced power distribution and control systems from concept through production.

Responsibilities include creating schematics and CAD drawings, selecting components, maintaining BOMs, supporting FAT/SAT, and coordinating with vendors and customers to implement ECOs in

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering Technology or related field preferred.
• Associate's degree with 3+ years of experience accepted.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree acceptable.
• Experience with industrial automation and power systems beneficial.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and CAD drawings.
• Familiarity with NEC, UL, NFPA standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist design and manufacturing of power distribution and industrial control systems.
• Create and update electrical schematics and CAD drawings.
• Read customer specifications and select components.
• Generate and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Support ECOs, FAT/SAT testing and validation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, vendors and customers.
