Qualifications

• 0–2 years experience by December 2026 in a relevant field.
• Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or closely related discipline.
• Strong collaboration and cross‑discipline teamwork.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Domestic travel up to 25%.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee production processes at Plymouth and other NG locations.
• Provide product and process engineering with project management leadership.
• Support failure investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Communicate issues and status clearly in writing and verbally.
• Interpret testing results for ammunition materials and components.
• Contribute to program milestones and represent NG to customers and suppliers.
• Travel up to 25% domestically and coordinate with suppliers.
