Job summary

ASSA ABLOY is seeking an Associate Engineer to contribute to AEM-based applications and related integration projects. You will work with a team of developers under a technical lead, delivering solutions and performing enhancements and bug fixes as needed.

The role emphasizes strong Java/React skills, CMS/ECOM knowledge, and collaboration with business stakeholders to drive project success. Onsite in Berlin, CT, with full-time commitment.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Java, React, HTML, CSS, and JQuery.
• Experience with third party integrations and authentication handlers.
• Good understanding of integration patterns and content-centric application development.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical approaches designed by the technical lead/architect to meet business requirements and peer review with the development team.
• Ensure delivery and success of enterprise-wide integration and development involving third-party client-side integration.
• Participate in AEM training programs to learn and contribute to project delivery.
• Gather technical and functional requirements from business teams during discovery and translate into solutions with documentation.
• Experience and exposure to agile methodologies.
• Maintain effective communication and relationships with stakeholders.
