State-of-the-art specialty practice in San Antonio, Texas, seeks to add a full-time Associate Endodontist to our growing practice. We are looking for an Associate Endodontist experienced in diagnosis, treatment, and retreatment of all root canal therapies and surgeries, with excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

The ideal Associate Endodontist will have two or more years of hands-on clinical experience, be highly motivated, capable of managing a busy schedule, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of patient care. Our expanding Endodontic department is supported by a large internal and external referral base, experienced clinical staff including Endodontic Assistants, Treatment Coordinators, and an Office Manager. We offer competitive compensation, earning potential, and a pathway to ownership.

  • Base Wage: Competitive market-based wages, with the greater of a daily guarantee or a 40% commission based on total monthly collections.

  • Supplies and Equipment: State-of-the-art facilities equipped with CBCT, Microscopes, a cloud-based practice management system, flexible dental supply ordering, and WaveOne Endodontic system.
  • Continuing Education: Access to monthly CE opportunities covering advanced endo, implant restoration, implant placement, complex restorative cases, handling complications, digital imaging, and more. Clinicians passionate about teaching can also share their knowledge through sponsored CE courses.

Associate Endodontists should possess an active Texas Dental license or be eligible for licensure, have a desire to lead and grow their practice, and have at least two years of clinical experience.

Essential Functions

Our Associate Endodontists will collaborate with referring General Dentists to provide exceptional patient care and serve as experts in Root Canal Therapy, including:

  • Diagnosing and treating dental pulp and root canal issues
  • Performing root canal therapy on anterior, pre-molar, and molar teeth
  • Performing endodontic surgeries such as apicoectomies
  • Managing traumatic dental injuries and treating damaged teeth
  • Collaborating with General Dentists
  • Managing dental pain and anxiety
  • Educating patients during consultations and post-operative appointments
  • Performing additional duties as directed by the Chief Clinical Officer
Qualifications
  • Active Texas Dental License
  • DDS or DMD degree
  • DEA certification
  • Endodontic Residency Training
  • CPR Certification
  • Experience with Denticon is a plus
Work Environment

This is a traveling position within the San Antonio area.

Pay Range

USD $200,000.00 - USD $300,000.00 per year
