State-of-the-art specialty practice in San Antonio, Texas, seeks to add a full-time Associate Endodontist to our growing practice. We are looking for an Associate Endodontist experienced in diagnosis, treatment, and retreatment of all root canal therapies and surgeries, with excellent communication and team skills.

The ideal Associate Endodontist will have two or more years of hands-on clinical experience, be highly motivated, and capable of managing a busy schedule while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. Our expanding Endodontic department benefits from a large internal and external referral base. We have a skilled, clinically trained staff, including Endodontic Assistants, Treatment Coordinators, and an Office Manager, to support you. We offer competitive compensation, earning potential, and a pathway to ownership.

  • Base Wage: Competitive market-based wages, with the greater of a daily guarantee or a 40% commission based on monthly collections.

Applicants should have an active Texas Dental license or the ability to obtain one, along with a desire to lead their practice, grow referral bases, and have at least two years of clinical experience.

Essential Functions

Our Associate Endodontists will partner with referring General Dentists to provide top-tier patient care and serve as experts in Root Canal Therapy, including:

  • Diagnosing and treating dental pulp and root canal issues
  • Performing root canal therapy on anterior, pre-molar, and molar teeth
  • Performing endodontic surgeries such as apicoectomies
  • Addressing traumatic dental injuries and treating damaged teeth
  • Collaborating with General Dentists
  • Managing dental pain and anxiety
  • Educating patients during consults and post-op visits
  • Performing additional duties as directed by the Chief Clinical Officer
Qualifications
  • Active Texas Dental License
  • DDS or DMD degree
  • DEA certification
  • Endodontic Residency Training
  • CPR Certification
  • Experience with Denticon is a plus
Work Environment

This is a traveling position within the San Antonio area.

Pay Range

USD $200,000.00 - USD $300,000.00 per year
