Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an Associate Asset Manager to support the performance and maintenance of assets across our network of athletic club facilities.

This role focuses on elevators, escalators and vertical transportation, owning maintenance strategy, coordinating with vendors and club teams to ensure safety and reliable operation. Qualifications

• Knowledge of standard office procedures and computer software.

• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Compile and prepare project status reports for senior management and other stakeholders.
• Create and maintain Smartsheet project dashboards or tracking tools to visualize project performance.
• Assists in organizing and maintaining project documentation, files and records
• Coordinates project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
• Monitor project timelines and assist in tracking project progress
• Foster effective communication and collaboration within the division.
• Ensure that team members are informed about project updates and changes
