Job summary

ITAC is seeking an entry-level Electrical/Power Engineer (1–6 years) to support ongoing field operations and project execution. This is a seconded, full-time contract assignment with on-site work at the client site in Wilmington, NC, lasting through the end of 2026.

The role emphasizes hands-on coordination, technical review, and contributing to team success in a supportive capacity rather than a leadership role. Assist with drawing reviews, power source verification, and field documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 1–6 years of relevant experience in electrical or power engineering.
• Familiarity with electrical systems, drawings, and field support activities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to support field efforts and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.

This is a seconded position, meaning the selected candidate will be employed by ITAC but work full-time on assignment with one of our clients. While day-to-day responsibilities will be managed on-site with the client, ITAC provides ongoing support, resources, and benefits as your employer. This position is full time contract work anticipated to last through the end of 2026, and requires the employee to be on the client's Wilmington, NC site.
