Olsson is seeking an Associate Electrical Engineer to join their Power Delivery team in Wichita, Kansas. The successful candidate will have 3–6 years of transmission and distribution engineering experience and a solid electrical engineering foundation. Responsibilities include designing transmission structures, using modeling tools, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. What You’ll Do

• Design and analyze transmission and distribution line structures
• Use PLS-CADD, SPIDAcalc, PoleForeman, or similar tools to model and evaluate loading
• Support construction documents—plan & profile drawings, loading trees, equipment specs, and reports
• Perform calculations, modeling, and field data reviews
• Collaborate with engineers across disciplines to ensure accuracy and quality
• Assist with site visits, field assessments, and engineering evaluations
• Participate in project meetings and client coordination
• Document work clearly and contribute to project deliverables

You Bring To The Team
