• Lead on large ecological projects or frameworks, overseeing programmes and budgets.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders/clients.
• Prepare bids, support strategic opportunities, and drive work-winning in the region.
• Review ecological reports and licences, conduct ecological assessments and habitat design.
• Develop innovative approaches to ecological mitigation and compensation.
• Deliver high-quality ecological deliverables following guidance and best practice.
• Mentor other staff and manage tasks/projects with a passion for ecology.
