Responsibilities

• Provide Fear Free medical, surgical, and dental care with individualized plans.
• Participate in apprenticeship-style mentorship with partner doctors across the care spectrum.
• Diagnose and treat cases in general practice, dentistry, surgery, and preventive wellness.
• Communicate treatment options clearly and empathetically to clients.
• Mentor and collaborate with veterinary technicians to foster a positive hospital culture.
• Support leadership in reviewing performance and growing the practice.
• Engage with the community through outreach and client education.
