Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality care and safe service, supporting hospital performance.
• Adhere to WellHaven protocols and oversee staff to meet goals.
• Collaborate with Principal Doctor on development plans.
• Practice veterinary medicine per state laws and standards; maintain medical records.
• Maintain accurate charting and thorough documentation for all patients.
• Provide client communication in person, by phone, and by email.
• Participate in events and external marketing initiatives.
