Job summary

The Associate DVM at WellHaven Pet Health ensures high-quality veterinary care, client service, employee well-being, and productivity of the veterinary medical team. The Principal Doctor and Practice Manager will lead the Associate DVM to ensure the well-being of the hospital environment, medical quality, and business performance of the hospital.

This onsite role requires a DVM or equivalent and a valid State Veterinary Board license.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent required.
• State license required.
• USDA accreditation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality care and safe service while supporting hospital performance.
• Oversee employees to align with hospital goals and protocols.
• Collaborate with Principal Doctor to set development plans for the hospital.
