Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses, via Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, seeks an Associate Driver for local Madison-area routes, home daily. This full-time role starts at 4am, Monday–Friday, with a Class A CDL required and a $28.00 hourly rate.

Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement and Vacation. The Associate Driver unloads and delivers products, performs pre-/post-trip inspections, and operates conveyors, pallets, and other handling equipment.

Qualifications

• 0 to 1+ years of specific driving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must possess a valid Class A, B, or C CDL (or equivalent driving experience in the military).
• Must be able to lift products from 25 to 50 pounds regularly and up to 170 pounds.
• Preferred: High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Unload and deliver products to customers and perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle including conveyors and carts.
• Operate powered industrial trucks and material handling equipment such as an electric pallet jack or hand truck.
• Pickup returned products including payments and pallets and complete delivery/pickup paperwork.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position responsibilities

• The Associate Driver is responsible for unloading and delivering products to our customers as well as pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle
• This role must have the ability to safely and professionally operate a commercial motor vehicle including conveyors and carts
• Drivers will securely operate powered industrial trucks and/or material handling equipment such asan electric pallet jack and/or hand truck
• You will pick up returned products including payments and pallets as well as completing delivery and pick up paperwork
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• 0 to 1 plus years of specific driving experience
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must possess a valid Class A, B, or C Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent driving experience in the military
• Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree
