Job summary

Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC, headquartered in Dallas, seeks an Associate Analyst to provide front-end support for Transmission Maximo, Distribution Maximo, OMS Maximo, and related apps from our Downtown Fort Worth office. You will guide IT, field operations, and other departments to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and sustainability.

Strong communication, analysis, and troubleshooting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year experience with the listed applications or equivalent in application support, systems operations, or a related technical environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support and oversight of the aforementioned applications via direct interaction with Transmission and Distribution end users.
• Assist in initial triage and daily documentation of all reported incidents.
• Provide daily logging of all end user interactions derived from phone call and email requests in JIRA.
• Support all reporting, tracking, testing, and implementation of application and system issues.
• Interface effectively with various individuals throughout the Transmission, Distribution, Asset Management, Finance and Accounting, Technology, and contractor organizations in support of the user interface, reporting, data analysis, problem solving, and strategy development.
• Analyze electrical drawings for QA/QC of asset information.
• Develop and implement training materials and programs for end users.
• Apply problem-solving skills to non-routine and complex assignments in a varied technical environment.
• Performs all essential aspects and functions of the job, as well as any other specific job requirements.
