Job summary

Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC is seeking a front-end support analyst to assist Transmission Maximo, Distribution Maximo, OMS Maximo, and related apps. The role focuses on data accuracy, analysis, and effective communication with IT, field operations, and other departments.

Strong problem-solving and documentation skills are essential. The successful candidate will report to the Downtown Fort Worth Corporate Office 3-4 days per week, contributing to regulatory reporting strategies and asset

Qualifications

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of experience using the listed applications or equivalent in a technical environment.
  • Familiarity with Maximo-based asset/work management systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide functional support for Transmission/Distribution Maximo, OMS Maximo, and related apps.
  • Triaging incidents and documenting end-user interactions in JIRA.
  • Support reporting, testing, and implementation of system changes.
  • Collaborate with IT and field operations to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Develop training materials for end users and assist with QA/QC of asset information.

Summary

This position will provide primary front-end support for Transmission Maximo, Distribution Maximo, Outage Management System (OMS) Maximo,WorktechTime,Work and Asset Management Transformation (WaAM), Patrolman app, and the TMAX app (Transmission Maximo-related application). This position willbe responsible forproviding guidance to Oncor Information Technology, Technology Support personnel, field operations, and other departments to ensure data isaccurate, sustainable, and accessible. The successful candidate mustpossessexcellent communication, reporting, analysis, and troubleshooting skills. The incumbent will provide analysis and direct input into regulatory reporting and strategy development. The individual will work closely with Oncor stakeholders and third-party (3rd party) service providers to sustain and improve Asset Information/Work Management Systems for Oncor.

This role will report to our Downtown Fort Worth Corporate Office 3-4 days a week.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Provides functional support and oversight of theaforementioned applicationsvia direct interaction with Transmission and Distribution end users.
  • Assistsininitialtriage and daily documentation of all reported incidents.
  • Provides daily logging of all end user interactions derived from phonecalland email requests in JIRA.
  • Supports all reporting, tracking, testing, and implementation of application and system issues.
  • Interfaces effectively with various individuals throughout the Transmission, Distribution, Asset Management, Finance and Accounting, Technology, and contractor organizations in support of the user interface, reporting, data analysis, problem solving, and strategy development.
  • Analyzes electrical drawings for Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) of asset information.
  • Develops and implements training materials and programs for end users.
  • Applies problem-solving skills to non-routine and complex assignments in a varied technical environment.
  • Performs all essential aspects and functions of the job, as well as any other specific job requirements.
Skills
  • Knowledge of transmission ordistributionelectrical systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Adaptive and comfortable with rapidly changingobjectives.
  • Possesses excellent application support management skills.
  • Experience having translated data into actionable information.
  • Demonstrates excellent oral communication skills and effective writing, negotiation, and consensus-building skills.
  • Proficient with Oncor’s Transmission, Distribution, or OMS Maximo instances.
  • Ability to read electrical one-line diagrams is preferred.
Education & Experience
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent isrequired.
  • Associate Analyst Level: 1 or more years of experience using the aforementioned applications or equivalent relevant experience in application support, systems operations, or a related technical environment is required.
