Berkeley Research Group (BRG) is hiring for a leadership role in workforce management and data-driven product design. You will develop integrated solutions that align staffing, capacity, patient flow, and ambulatory access, and build models that enable healthcare organizations to deliver care efficiently and at the right time.
You will lead model development, collaborate with clinical and executive stakeholders, and deliver dashboards and decision-support tools.
The Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) practice at Berkeley Research Group (BRG) provides end-to-end advisory support to healthcare providers, payers, investors, and other stakeholders navigating complex strategic, operational, financial, and clinical challenges. Led by seasoned healthcare executives, operators, and clinicians, IHS partners with organizations to drive sustainable performance improvement and long‑term growth through strategic growth design, operating model transformation, technology, AI, and digital enablement, clinical quality and patient care optimization, and revenue strategy—helping clients build resilient, future‑ready healthcare enterprises in an increasingly complex environment.
Operational Excellence helps healthcare organizations transform the way they operate by optimizing core functions, improving performance, and creating sustainable value. Our team partners with executive leaders to develop transformation strategies, identify enterprise‑wide efficiency opportunities, redesign organizational structures and workflows, and implement governance models that improve decision‑making, productivity, and financial performance.
The Associate Director will play a leadership role in developing next‑generation workforce management solutions and the supporting data/product models that underpin them. This role represents a strategic shift away from a narrow focus on staffing levels toward an integrated approach that aligns resource management, capacity management, patient flow, and ambulatory network access. The Associate Director will work closely with senior client executives and internal BRG leadership to design, build, and implement data‑driven tools and frameworks that enable healthcare organizations to deliver the right care, at the right time, with the right resources.
Willing to travel consistently (75%), depending on project requirements and client expectations, is required for this position.
Salary Range: $150,000 - $250,000 per year
Job title and compensation to be determined based on qualifications and experience.
