Berkeley Research Group is seeking an Associate Director to lead next‑gen workforce management solutions and data models for healthcare clients. You will integrate staffing, capacity, patient flow, and access metrics to optimize performance and value.

The Associate Director will play a leadership role in developing next-generation workforce management solutions and the supporting data/product models that underpin them. This role represents a strategic shift away from a narrow focus on staffing levels toward an integrated approach that aligns resource management, capacity management, patient flow, and ambulatory network access. The Associate Director will work closely with senior client executives and internal BRG leadership to design, build, and implement data-driven tools and frameworks that enable healthcare organizations to deliver the right care, at the right time, with the right resources.
Willing to travel consistently (75%), depending on project requirements and client expectations, is required for this position.
Salary Range: $150,000 - $250,000 per year Job title and compensation to be determined based on qualifications and experience.
