Job summary

University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) seeks an Associate Director, Voice & Feedback Center for Institutional Effectiveness to lead stakeholder listening programs, translate feedback into actionable insights, and drive evidence-based decision making across the university.

The role oversees enterprise feedback initiatives, collaborates with university leaders, and advances a culture of stakeholder-informed planning. Requires a Master’s degree and 7+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Higher Education, Organizational Psychology, Social Sciences, Business, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in stakeholder voice, survey research, assessment, customer or employee experience, institutional research, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience designing and leading enterprise stakeholder voice and feedback initiatives.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate actionable insights.
• Knowledge of survey methodology, stakeholder engagement practices, and experience measurement approaches.

Responsibilities

• Voice & Feedback Strategy: Lead Voice of Student, Voice of Faculty, course evaluation and other stakeholder feedback initiatives.
• Insights & Decision Support: Synthesize feedback into actionable insights and executive-level communications.
• Program Development & Governance: Advance feedback capabilities through best practices and governance.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Build partnerships across academic, operational, and administrative functions and represent the Center on cross-functional initiatives.
