UCLA Theater Management Services seeks an Associate Director of Visitor Experience to lead daily visitor services and front‑of‑house operations at Royce Hall, creating a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment for audiences, artists, and campus partners.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will supervise up to three Visitor Experience Leads and support a team of more than 70 staff, handling recruitment, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance management while coordinating

Formación

• Experience planning and executing large public events or performances.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and coach a diverse team.
• Strong guest services mindset with hospitality approach.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with production, ticketing and campus partners.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily visitor services and front-of-house operations.
• Recruit, train, schedule, coach and evaluate staff (70+ team).
• Serve as House Manager for select performances and complex events.
• Coordinate guest services, concessions, event security, VIP needs and logistics.
• Collaborate with production, ticketing and campus partners for smooth operations.
