The Associate Director, U.S. VOXZOGO Marketing will play a key leadership role on the team and help drive brand strategy and market execution. The brand is at a critical stage in its lifecycle, with competition entering the market and near‑term potential for a new indication. This role requires strong leadership across internal teams—Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Corporate Communications—as well as external stakeholders such as healthcare professionals and agency partners. The ideal candidate brings relevant experience in biotech/pharma marketing across multiple disease states, a strong track record of driving value in competitive markets, and a passion for improving patient outcomes in rare disease.

The salary range for this position is: $164,300 to $225,940. BioMarin considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock‑based long‑term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package. Benefits include company‑sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.
