Job summary

Keene State College seeks an Associate Director to lead the TRIO Aspire program, overseeing daily operations, staff supervision, and coordination of services for 280 eligible students on campus. Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Education, Counseling, or related field.
Three years of experience planning, organizing and coordinating academic support in higher education.
Proven communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with TRIO programs preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to and oversee day-to-day operations of the programs and the department.
Supervise 5 full-time staff and coordinate service delivery for 280 TRIO Aspire participants.
Coordinate planning, scheduling, and facilitation of services, activities, and workshops.
Represent TRIO on campus and in the community.
Ensure compliance with grant requirements and reporting.
Assist with grant writing and annual reports.
