Job summary

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Education, Counseling, or related field.
  • Three years of experience planning, organizing and coordinating academic support in higher education.
  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with TRIO programs preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to and oversee day-to-day operations of the programs and the department.
  • Supervise 5 full-time staff and coordinate service delivery for 280 TRIO Aspire participants.
  • Coordinate planning, scheduling, and facilitation of services, activities, and workshops.
  • Represent TRIO on campus and in the community.
  • Ensure compliance with grant requirements and reporting.
  • Assist with grant writing and annual reports.
