Position Summary:
The Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) is a field-based role that will be responsible for leading, building and nurturing successful strategic partnerships on behalf of Travere with national and regional US key opinion leaders (KOLs) within the rare nephrology space. This position will report to the Senior Director, Thought Leader Engagement Strategy and Marketing Operations and will help support the successful growth of FILSPARI (sparsentan). With supervision, this individual will collaborate cross-functionally on field activities as a strategic business partner with Marketing, Insights and Analytics, Sales management, Patient Advocacy, Compliance, Sales Training, Market Access, and Medical Affairs.
The preferred candidate will bring a deep understanding of nephrology, ideally with a focus on rare kidney diseases. They will have a demonstrated ability to engage with academic thought leaders and cultivate a community of brand advocates, driving impact through personalized interactions, focused small group meetings, and influential advisory boards.

Compensation: Our competitive compensation package includes a combination of both cash compensation (base pay and short-term incentive) and long-term incentive compensation (company stock), designed to recognize, retain, and reward employees.
Target Base Pay Range:
$146,000.00 - $190,000.00*This information is current as of the date of this posting and may be modified in the future. Actual pay offered to a candidate will depend on a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, education, skills, and location.
