Job summary

You will supervise the CASO team, manage card access and CCTV systems, ensure SDLC-compliant designs, coordinate with central IT, and lead ongoing security improvements while mentoring staff and handling budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience managing IT projects including planning, budgeting, and scope.
• Experience with access control and security camera systems.
• Experience with servers and system integrations.
• Experience with SQL Server database and application development.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage IT projects with documentation, schedules and budgets.
• Delegate leads and manage work teams as required.
• Develop and manage operations for assigned systems.
• Oversee CASO and security system compliance with standards.
• Monitor budgets for CASO operations and Technology Services.
• Develop security strategies and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure SDLC best practices in system development.
