Merck is seeking a Product Manager for the Enterprise Resilience Center to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ERC technology capabilities. You will translate resilience objectives into an actionable plan that supports real-time monitoring, escalation, and crisis response across the enterprise.
You'll partner with Strategy Office and stakeholders to document requirements, manage roadmaps, and coordinate with IT, vendors, and business partners.
Our Company is assisting with establishing a digitally enabled and connected Enterprise Resilience Center (ERC) to strengthen enterprise-wide risk monitoring, assessment, and crisis response capabilities. The ERC will support a 24x7 operating model designed to provide a common operating picture across the enterprise, integrate real-time risk intelligence and horizon scanning, and enable rapid escalation and coordinated response when events occur.
The ERC is being designed to strengthen our Company ability to detect risk early, assess impact quickly, and coordinate response effectively across the enterprise. The Product Manager will play a critical role in building the digital foundation that enables this mission and helps ensure the center is scalable, connected, and built for long-term success.

The salary range for this role is $142,400.00 - $224,100.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
