Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Talent Management or related enterprise roles.
• Ability to operate independently on strategic, complex, and high-priority talent work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong strategic and critical-thinking skills, including structuring ambiguous problems and evaluating intangible factors.
• Business acumen and ability to translate organizational needs into outcomes.
• Experience advising and influencing senior HR and business leaders.
• Experience using written narratives (white papers or memos) to communicate recommendations.

• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with clear interdependencies.
