Louisiana State University seeks an Associate Director for the TRIO Student Support Services (SSS-Classic) to lead program operations, manage staff, and ensure data-driven support for student success. Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and five years of professional experience (Master’s preferred).
• Three years of higher education experience, preferably in TRIO or similar programs.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with federal TRIO regulations and staff development experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations of the SSS program aligned with grant objectives and policies.
• Hire, train, and supervise 2.5 full-time staff and provide ongoing coaching.
• Oversee recruitment, eligibility verification, intake, and assignment of caseloads.
• Develop training on caseload management, data documentation, and high-impact advising.
