Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5-7 years of work experience in operations, program management, or student services.
• Higher education experience and coaching/mentoring students preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day SMP operations, events, budgeting, and communications.
• Provide 1:1 career coaching and develop employer relations.
• Schedule and track coaching appointments and manage databases and calendars.
• Support student access to resources both physically and virtually.
• Coordinate employer information sessions and recruiting events.
