Job Description

Lead the development and execution of HCP Peer-To-Peer (P2P) marketing strategic initiatives across Rheum indications. The role will serve as the P2P subject matter expert and will be highly integrated with internal cross-functional partners on a regular basis (including Sales, Brand Teams, Medical, HEOR, Market Access, Patient Services, BTS, Digital Lab). This role develops and leads effective P2P marketing strategies that are impactful, executable by Sales partners, easily communicated, and clinically supported for areas of responsibility (product, indication, channel).

Candidates should demonstrate the ability to lead without authority as well as lead direct reports, have an innovative mindset to advance ways of working across large teams, be competent in managing multiple projects, and developing and delivering presentations to Immunology leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of marketing managers responsible for the development and execution of P2P promotional content across indications for Rheumatology.
  • Optimize and innovate on the delivery of peer-to-peer promotion, including digital, to maximize educational reach.
  • Partner with Rheumatology counterparts, IBT partners, and external experts to build, manage, and execute P2P programming plans to provide HCP education across all Rheum indications.
  • Drive and participate in business and marketing plan processes.
  • Influence business leaders and effectively collaborate cross-functionally to deliver business results.
  • Direct and manage projects including execution of marketing plans, initiatives, and tasks.
  • Manage agency relations and oversight.
  • Be familiar with market research and customer insights that could improve or impact peer-to-peer promotion.
  • Maintain strong collaboration and communication with the field sales leadership (SDs, RSDs) to ensure alignment on goals, budgets, strategies, and execution of peer-to-peer initiatives.
  • Stay current on all processes and procedures related to Speaker Programs.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant policies and procedures related to planning and executing Speaker Programs, in collaboration with OEC.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of biopharmaceutical marketing experience, with HCP marketing experience required; Immunology leadership preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with proven experience in writing strategic documents.
  • Strong collaboration and team orientation, with experience in accomplishing results through others and influencing stakeholders.
  • Proven marketing experience with increasing proficiency in marketing skills.
  • Previous cross-franchise/cross-channel marketing experience preferred.
