Job summary

Reporting to the Assistant Vice Provost of Student Financial Success, the position oversees a ~5-person team, ensures compliance with all regulations, and partners across Strategic Enrollment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in higher education, data, analytics or social science research, or equivalent.
• 7 years of relevant experience; advanced degree and 12+ years preferred.
• Expertise in interpreting statistical findings.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic analysis and funds management for Student Financial Aid.
• Develop data-driven forecasting, dashboards and reporting for university leadership.
• Supervise data analysis and funds management teams and ensure regulatory compliance.
