The Center for Biostatistics in AIDS Research (CBAR) at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health seeks an Associate Director of Statistical Programming to lead the programming core and advance statistical methods for NIH-funded networks.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of high-level statistical programming experience in a clinical data environment or research setting.
• Experience supervising programming staff and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead statistical programming efforts for CBAR, including SAS, R, BASH, and Python.
• Oversee Core Programming staff and projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Partner with CBAR IT and external collaborators to ensure secure data transfer and standardized processes.
