Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health’s Center for Biostatistics in AIDS Research (CBAR) seeks an Associate Director of Statistical Programming to lead programming efforts for ACTG/IMPAACT networks in a hybrid on-site/remote environment in Boston, MA.

Ideal candidates have seven+ years in statistical programming, strong SAS/R skills, and a proven leadership record. You will mentor senior staff, shape CDISC standards, and collaborate across internal and external teams.

• Minimum seven years of education or relevant work experience in a statistics/programming role.

Mansioni

• Signatory for CBAR Programming SOPs and CAPA management.
• Lead Programming Core priorities, resource allocation, and requirements review.
• Supervise programming managers and senior Core staff.
• Partner with CBAR IT for testing during updates.
• Coordinate with ACTG/IMPAACT Data Management Center for harmonization.
• Support external collaborators with secure data transfer.
• Oversee training needs with the CBAR Training Committee.
• Perform high-level programming across SAS, R, Bash, Python.
