Job summary

University of Colorado Boulder is seeking an Associate Director of Staff Experience within Residence Life. This full-time, live-out exempt role leads staff lifecycle programs from recruitment to offboarding and partners across campus to ensure compliant, engaging experiences for 47 staff and 500 student employees.

The position requires strategic leadership, collaboration, and a track record of improving organizational effectiveness in higher education.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Student Affairs, Higher Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Residence Life or Housing.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Residence Life staff experience, including recruitment, onboarding, training, development, recognition, and offboarding.
• Supervise and mentor an Assistant Director and Coordinator to support staff initiatives.
• Partner with Human Resources, University Housing, Finance, and Student Life to align policies and processes.
